Paulina is a case manager who specializes in petitions for individuals of extraordinary ability in biomedical sciences, sports, arts, and the business sector. She primarily works with O-1 and L-1 nonimmigrant visa petitions, as well as EB-1 and national interest waiver permanent residence filings.
Prior to joining Grell Feist PLC, Paulina worked at Asian American Organizing Project as a Public Policy Intern, where she developed and led the organization’s Public Policy Program. Paulina advocated for educational access as a TRIO Peer Leader at Carleton College. Formerly, she interned at the ACLU-MN as a legislative intern.
Paulina earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Cross-Cultural Studies from Carleton College in Northfield, Minnesota. She is the recipient of the Chang-Lan Fellowship, in which she was awarded a prize to study food culture in China. She currently serves in Minnesota Public Radio’s Generation Listen Council and is an enthusiastic painter, writer, and saxophone player.
